Upon approval from our online scheduler, you may receive a refund for your purchase.
How long will a refund take to process?
Refunds will usually be processed within 3-5 business days.
What are the refund policy guidelines?
Please cancel 48 or more hours prior to your scheduled appointment to receive a full refund of the amount paid.
What services are eligible for a refund?
All studio sessions scheduled more than 48 hours from the time of cancellation are eligible for a refund.
What services are ineligible for a refund?
All studio sessions scheduled within 48 hours from the time of requested cancellation or rescheduling will be unable to to be refunded.

Terms and Conditions
By using our recording studio services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- All media (excluding vocals and instruments played by the artists using the studio) recorded at our studio is the sole property of the studio. This doesn’t mean we own your music, only what we create do we retain ownership of. This may represent as royalty splits on songs using our production or instrumentation, or requiring credits in descriptions of releases.
- We reserve the right to use any media recorded at our studio for promotional purposes.
- Booking cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund.
- Rescheduling bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your session time for your deposit to go toward your new studio session. If rescheduled within 48 hours your deposit will be kept by Green Dot Studio LLC and you will be required to pay another deposit to book a recording session.
- Any damages caused to studio equipment or property at the fault of a client must be reimbursed by the client.
- You are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions and licenses regarding copyrighted material used in your recordings.
- Recordings may not include violating or discriminating material.
- Clients are responsible for maintaining professional behavior and respecting others in the studio.
